Their service is terrible and not professional.
They did similar to me too. Really sad that all their reviews online are fabrications - notice all the users only have 1 review that claim how wonderful this service is? They probably pay their employees to set up fake accounts and post fake reviews. Horrible service.
They don't have "professional writers" - what a load of baloney. The only thing this company is dedicated to is taking your money and giving you a mediocre (at best) product that the high school kid down the street could have spliced together. Horrible service and hilarious how they always comment back about wanting to fix the situation but I bet 99.9% of the time the persons are still unsatisfied after they try to remedy whatever lack of service they provided.
They are a scam - they baited me with the whole BS email they send everyone else about getting more "achievement" oriented wording in the resume and how they can help with that. I had the same issues everyone else says- they took forever, their communication was AWFUL and the final product was unsatisfactory at best. STAY AWAY
Trustpilot is doing the same thing to me - they are making me revise my entire review so basically it appears like I was happy with my product aside from the 1 star aspect. I sent them an email letting them know their site is a sham and I will be letting everyone know that this is a fixed review site, not to be trusted.
They did it to me too - I left a review that was unsatisfactory and they've made me edit it several times to remove anything "slanderous" which is basically the entire review (because the service was shoddy!) They are a bought entity, pathetic
