Michael Scott and Melanie Brown have both tried to scam me for $500 for Insurance Fees after saying that I won $280.000 as a Second Place winner in a Lottery from the Netherlands. They have also tried to scam me in the exact same manner that was described in all of the other comments. They said that if I call the Federal Trades Commissions Lottery and Claims Department at [protected], that I could verify that I won the money and that all Federal and State taxes were already paid. They also said that the $500 would be refunded back to me upon the Delivery of the lottery check the next afternoon. I then looked up the number on the internet and found all of these complaints on the same scam.
