They have a great set of people making up reviews and posting apologetic responses. Instead they should hire some people to add cancellation to their web-site, and give their support people the tools they need to CANCEL ACCOUNTS. A total scam.
I wish that they were as helpful resolving problems and cancelling subscriptions as they appear to be following up to social media. The company is a total scam. Run away.
