This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Original order placed on "backorder" (I had to go into the website to discover this). Asked by e-mail when it would be delivered: no response beyond an auto-reply. Waited several days, then, since I needed item soonest, I cancelled order (again, no response beyond the auto-reply -- same story with any number of e-mails I sent). Ten days after I cancelled the order, the company announces that it is shipping the item. Again, no substantive response to any of my e-mails (but I know they received them all because of the auto-responses). An absolutely terrible experience.
I submitted a claim for the faulty Black & Decker Brand SDC700 Series Coffeemaker Carafe, which was recalled by the company. Sent in the old carafe, as requested, received a registration number, but did not receive the new carafe. Website 'status' button didn't work. Tried calling -- no response. First they make a faulty product, then they screw up the replacement process.
