That guy Z E X 3 3 2 2 1. LOL he got flammed so bad when he posted the same crap on MD.
But there are alot of haters out there because FSF is becoming popular and most of our competition see's us as a threat.
Now I'm not saying that the OP or anyone posting about suspensions didn't get suspended. Because suspensions happen and this is why we list the risk clearly in plain english on our site.

Just interesting that you contridic your own post for saying we are a Fraudulant company and don't give refunds.
You stated that "They did offer a refund of the difference" which is our policy.
So why No Refunds when you clearly stated that we did give you one. Also if we followed our policies as stated then how can we be a "Fraud Company"?

I don't want you to take this the wrong way. But Ron read our site and that's how he knows our operation or he simply spoke to me at some point before using our service.
We list suspension rates on our site to cut down on the # of questions about suspensions. Also so that customers know what to expect when ordering a service.
Just because your account was suspended or closed does not make my company a fraudulent company. If it was, we would not have the reputation that we have and these sites are worthless because there is Zero Accountablility.
It's full of fake posts and competition making this posts and I don't believe any of them I see on these boards. The ones you want to watch are the ones that have some sort of accountability or verification of the indentity.
I'm not going to say people don't get suspended because they do and we even say that on our site. If your account is suspended or closed you know the risks and we never hide it.

They can resolve your issue and find out what the hold up is. Normally the only reason the customer doesn't get their currency delivered is because the customer isn't available when the currency is ready.
Eliteaccounts.com is gone.
Ryan G. is a scammer and owner of EliteAccounts.com, their website is shutdown and taken offline. I highly recommend if you have done business with them in the past 90 days to contact your CC company and file a chargeback.
PayPal will not refund your money because it's virtal goods so the ONLY way to get your money back is to file a chargeback. You need to do this ASAP because EA can close their paypal account 30 days after their last transaction and run off with all of the money.
EA stole over $30, 000 from my company when they produced accounts for us, please don't let yourself become a victim also and file your chargeback ASAP.

We haven't had any closures in months and the only time customers get closures is if they have had a suspension "final warning" before. Plus we have about a 2-3% suspension rate.

Then why would Game Companies be hiring them to run their In-Game currency and manage the system? This is just like what games like Eve Online and 2nd life do but they are contracting out to MD.
So you sir are full of it and know nothing in which you speak off and just proved that all of your posts are fake and fraudulent. It's one thing if you where actually a customer of ours, but you weren't and most likely a competitor.
This is why FSF is the highest rated company on MD and the industry. This is also why majority of the industry is freaking out that we are so successful in just 1 years time. And since you can't figure out how to save your operations you have to leave crap posts like this, hoping that people won't use our services.
So go take your crap else where and we're tired of smelling it.
I'm proving a point that this boards are full of crap. There is ZERO accountability and I or anyone can post 100's of fake claims.
I have customers that google my companies name and find these boards and post in our defense. But you bogus people post back with negitive feedback and say it's me. You have no way to prove it's me and all I can say it's not. This is why sites like Markeedragon.com are the only sites you can have 100% legitament rating, because they require a verification service to post!
Even Biz Rate is not 100% because of annoymous posting and you can't have posts removed or atleast I don't know how too. Even on biz rate we where a 100% pos rating for the past month almost 3 month and then get the occasional bad rep post.
But they are all on little things like their gold delivery took to long or some thing small. No one has ever been scammed or defauded. We always follow our policies and sometimes, we will choose to make an exception and refund someone, when our policy states otherwise, but that's our choice.

Go to Markeedragon.com and see what customers say about companies like: IGE, Swagvault, Toonstorm, Gamepal, etc... there is positive and lot of negitive feedback.
You go to FSF and all you see is 100% positive feedback and it's because we've "NEVER" scammed anyone! Even the OP (original Poster) stated that we didnt' even scam him. We gave him a refund according to our refund policy and he just posted to let people know that he got suspended.
Suspensions are a part of business and we even state the facts that you can get suspended since you are break the game companies EULA! So if you can't live with a suspension, then do not break the EULA!
Go find another site to post fake crap about and if you where a customer of ours, then you would be satisfied like the other 99% of our customers.
And why am I defending my company, you ask? Because people like you give our industry a bad name and I don't want FSF to be dragged into it. We are a 2nd Market Company that offers honest services not a Scamming RMT company like yourself!
Oh also: With 5000+ completed orders and only a handful of negitive posts here on complaints board. I think we are doing very well! :D #'s tells the real story!
Thanks for stop posting, what's funny is you talk just like Ryan G. owner of eliteaccounts.com which just went out of business. And it's funny how you keep insisting we use glider because that's one of the programs that Ryan used. If you where a customer of ours, you would know that we do not bot and everything is done by hand.
You can tell we do not bot just by looking @ all of the completed orders and they all have tons of reputation, quest items and majority of the quests completed. Also, if you were a real customer, why did you never contact us about your complaint?
But if you want to continue to post under fake names and spread slander, there's no stoping you on these boards. If you are a real customer, then you know how to contact me and can give me your order # and we can talk about it.

Mark: Also I wanted to point out 1 more thing that shows your ignorance. No company does 100x our sales, maybe 10-20x but that would be from Majia maybe or another big company.
Also their complaint record is fair greater then ours, just for the fact they have horrible customer service and one of the many reasons why I started FSF.
But if anyone has any valid complaints you know how to contact me.
Sure we had a botting service last year, but decided to terminate last year! It just wasn't something we wanted to offer anymore and hand leveling is much safer.
But even when we offered the service, we had it listed as botting so customers could choose as we believe in honesty.
But from a person that can't even keep a simple promis of "Im done posting". Just proves how reliable your comments are.
We do not offer botting and are 100% played by hand. You haven't proven or shown anything but your ignorance.

That is the issue with these type of boards as there is no accountability or verification of the truth.
It's just strictly gossip and should be taken as such. The proof of our success is in the cold hard #'s and facts and how our competition is acting.

Even some of our competition states how legit we are (Rpgresellers) post on page 1. So you can come and post crap but that's what it is "Crap!". You talk like you know something in this industry and act like jelous compeition.
The fact is, we are very successful and enough so that our competition is getting concerned and now had to resort to black hat tactics.
So far we’ve been:
1. Smear campaigned with fake claims of being scammed, botting, etc… (We told you that we “did” (Past tense) offer botting, but that was over 6 months ago!)
2. We have been DoS Attacked
3. We are constantly attacked by click fraud (500, 000 Clicks this month alone!)
Now answer this question:
If we are not a threat to our competition then why would they resort to such attacks on our company?
Simple fact is we are taking more of the market every day and offering something no other company does “Honesty!”
You can say what you want and keep creating fake posts but our real customers know the truth as they have experienced it and that’s why they continue to return!
