Fioptics internet is good. TV service needs work. The DVR provided is nothing special, locks up, slow as snails on erasing recorded shows, and not user friendly by any stretch of the imagination. Using ON DEMAND is a joke as the video doesn't fill the screen. After 4 months - ready to drop TV service.
