Cincinnati bell does not tell you that once you switch to FIOPTICS you can't switch back to a copper line. I went to cancel my service and keep my email until I could get switched. They told be once I cancel internet email is gone and minimum service at 10mb would be $50 month. So they get you DO NOT SWITCH TO FIOPTICS
