I agree with Henry. Do not spend your money on DacFix. They were not able to do anything for me. I spent $349 and it took them 14 weeks to have the results for me. Yes, that's right, 14 (fourteen) weeks! I was told over the phone that the process would take 6 to 8 weeks. I have 1 minor accident and 2 incidents (1 of which was minor) on my DAC Report that occurred with the same company. I spoke with a man at DacFix over the phone before I purchased their services and described my 3 issues. I was assured that if the accident / incident was under $500, it could be removed from the DAC Report. Well, one of my incidents had to be under $500 to repair, which was some minor damage to the passenger door mirror. Even if only the minor door mirror damage incident could have been removed from the DAC Report, I would be happy with DacFix's results. However, after $349 and 14 weeks, nothing has changed on my DAC Report. I know their services are non-refundable and no guarantees of results; however, I was quite surprised that they could not do anything for me when the fellow I spoke with at DacFix was so positive that they could help. I asked my case worker for a copy of the letter of dispute that DacFix sent to HireRight, but she will not give me a copy. Conclusions, if you have $349 in pocket change and like to take risks, then go ahead and buy their services.
