September 16, 2014 Do Not Ever Deal With Carolina Carports. We ordered July 25th, 2014 and it is now September 16, 2014 and still do not have our RV cover! They are a terrible company to deal with!
Carolina Carports should not be in business. DO NOT USE THEM! BEWARE!
Mary Jo Sullivan Carolina Carports is one of the poorest companies I have ever dealt with in my 54 years of living! I have tried to speak with Javier Herrera, the manager and Mike Johnson, Director of Sales. The lady who answered the phone hung up on me! Their customer service is awful! STAY AWAY!
Do Not Buy A Carport From Carolina Carports, Inc. Ordered RV cover July 26, 2014 and it is September 23, 2014 and it is not installed yet! They are a terrible company. My husband have owned our own companies most of our lives and are appalled at how they treat the customer. They should not be in business.
October 7, 2014 Finally had our RV cover installed! Ordered it on July 25th! The ONLY good thing about Carolina Carports were the installers. They are subs and they did a wonderful job! I filed a complaint against Carolina Carports with the BBB and have not had a reply from anyone at Carolina Carports. I will forever tell everyone to NOT BUY from Carolina Carports. Another thing to be aware of when buying a structure and they have you pull your own permit. WE WERE NEVER TOLD THAT ONCE WE RECEIVED THE DRAWINGS AND WENT TO GET THE PERMIT WE WERE TOLD THAT IF WE DIDN'T HAVE A PROPERTY SURVEY WITHIN THE LAST 5 YEARS WE HAD TO HAVE ANOTHER ONE DONE! ANOTHER $250-$500 FOR A SURVEY! I FEEL THAT WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING WHEN WE WERE PAYING THE 10% DOWN AND ORDERING THE RV COVER. BETTER FENCE, WHO IS THE VENDOR IN OUR TOWN FOR CAROLINA CARPORTS SHOULD HAVE TOLD US THAT UP FRONT. I FELT TOTALLY DUPED AND BETRAYED BY THEM FOR NOT TELLING US THAT WE WOULD NEED ANOTHER SURVEY IF OURS WAS OVER FIVE YEARS OLD. BEWARE!
