I placed my order on August 10, 2014 for a ping pong table from Costco and they use Home direct USA to deliver it. After several weeks of waiting, I decided to call Home direct USA customer service to check the status of my order. When I call like the others above, I was put on hold for about 45 minutes until I finally talked to a live person. I was promised that on August 28 the delivery should arrive but they never showed. September 2, 2014 when I decided to call again. I waited for so long again listening to boring music until someone picked up the phone to put me again on hold without saying anything. At least, new music was played.. I waited for another 30 seconds hoping that she will pickup the phone again. She never did. I GAVE UP! I have to hang up. Just a second after I hang up my phone rang and It was Home direct USA customer service returning my call! She doesn't know why my delivery was delayed and I was promised that the delivery should contact me within 48 hours if they arrive in my area. I think this is my last time to use Home direct USA. I WILL NEVER EVER USE HOME DIRECT USA AGAIN
