Same Stuff HERE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... Can't watch Netflix, because it always quits in the middle of a movie. Same with HULU PLUS. The inernet drops all my devices ALL THE TIME! The frustration, isn't worth the price difference... I'm thinking of going back to Time Warner. You are screwed by both companies and WE PAY FOR IT!
