Neither Terminix, Orkin who claim fumigation is the only remedy nor those who say Orange Oil local is good as long as you also do prevention are right. If you do local treatment it is a wasted money and more damage will continue and you will end up doing the whole house sooner or later by paying more. Only 5-10% of wood is accessible to see at houses not to mention that there are lots of termites inside these wood members which you do not see yet since they have not come out.

Because most people working in this industry are clowns due to type of work they agreed todo, and many if them get their licenses after couple of years and do their own termite business. One guy told that he would rather have a daughter who was a prostitute since she would earn honest living by not living what she was offering in return of what customer pays as opposed to have a son wha was a termite inspector sic e the son would always get paid for something people were not going to get or get partially at best.
