Everything on here about Orbus being not such a great company is true. I use to work for them and they fired me. All they said was that there was a difference in vision. I asked for an exit interview and they wouldn't even give me that. They knew they were being shady and they didn't want to tell me I was done to my face. So they called me before my shift and that was it. It hurt and it sucked, but it was a blessing in disguise. That job sucked the life out of me. I wanted to introduce positive reinforcement and ways we could encourage our employees to help improve employee happiness (because 75% of the people there are miserable, mostly blue collar) however they wanted nothing to do with it. It breaks my heart because I was truly hoping that myself and the company could grow and become better together, but they are only interested in making as much money as possible not about quality of work or quality of life. I wish all this stuff on this site was lies, I do. But its not. If you have any questions e-mail orbussucks@gmail.com, I'd be happy to give you more negative but true Orbus reference's.
