Woodforest National Bank has no control over the cash advance machines. It is ran through a completely different company.
All employees receive a background check. This is a personal issue... not an employment one.
This is false information. Woodforest only charges an NSF when the item posts to the account.
Most banks won't even give you the courtesy of going over disclosures with you!
And fyi: Services fees NEVER will have an NSF or OD fee attached to them. You have to have done something else with your account to go negative.
Refused to show you where the money went? I'm sure. Maybe it's because you used your account when there was not any money in the account! Keep track of your own ###, and you won't have an issue!
And the 30 closure.. it's 65 days. Ignoring it is stupid. After 65 days, your account will charge off with the negative balance and be sent to a collections agency. Have fun with that, idiot.
