Signed up for TV/internet/phone in Nov 2013. Problems from the start. Now tv freezes, receiving "no signal" message and blue screen. It will work for several hours, then the no signal message starts again about every 30 seconds. Customer service is useless. Have called 3 times. 3rd time told them to fix it or take it out. I really hate TWC, so will be looking somewhere else for tv service
