NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! WARNING ONCE YOU START THE BIKE YOUR WARRANTY IS VOID! COMPANY IS A SCAM We bought a KTX had it for TWO days my son road it MAYBE a total of 1 HOUR and it just stopped working.. Two clutch springs fell out and cracked the cylinder head. ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS of back and fourth they WONT TAKE IT BACK, they want us to pay the shipping of the broken parts, they are refusing to just send a knew engine they want to send parts and hope that we can fix it our self and when and if that doesn't work we will have to pay for more shipping... They told us it will be a COUPLE of weeks for them to get these 'parts"mailed to us... I will be filing a better business burial complaint.

We purchased a KXR pocket rocket it stopped working after an hour of play two days after we purchased it. The clutch springs fell out and cylinder head was cracked. They refuse to exchange or refund. They said the warranty is void when the bike is started. We have been trying two resolve this for two weeks. They are demanding us to pay for parts and shipping and to repair it ourselves. We have just thrown 400.00 away and my sons birthday was ruined.
