I am faced very difficult situation so that nobody from now cannot face this situation, the online fraud with different name will cheat me and cheat you in india, that person is cheated from 2008, but he is not cached by anyone, With my experience don`t buy from him or any one, because its risky transaction.
This person is from Chennai, and handling this process to hyderabad, mumbai etc in india, he know more languages. He is exactly from Chennai, park Town and some time he is in adyar.

All are not fraud but most of them are fraud, If you plan to purchase please tell the exchanger to send the online currency first, generally the exchanger will not allow the process but if he allowed then you are safe zone. If exchanger is not allowed, then search the exchanger in your area and directly deal the transaction, But don`t do any online transaction which i had made and cheated by him.
This fraud had different name like devisign, baroshi, ram narayanan, srikrishna, rosanj and so on, and he will speak like a genuien, so don`t trust him I lost my 6300 rupees, see my situation, after i transfer the amount to bank he immediately switchedoff his mobile.
