There is another kind of fraud which is happening with people (invested in MVL prop.) and actually happened to me, it is as follows:
There are property dealers in Delhi-NCR who promise that one you have paid some 20~30% of initial amount there would be surely some kind of money back/discount on the basic price. In my case a prop. dealer called "RDMR Ventures" (located in south city phase-2, Gurgaon) promised me to pay me the money. They provide you some nice official letter head docs. but they are fake as well. Please see the attachment.
But let me tell all of you not to fall in such traps and neither should you go to fraud property dealers like "RDMR Ventures" whose service is neither good nor are they fair, but to go for trusted dealers and builders especially in Delhi-NCR. Eventually I am stuck in a bad situation and have lost lot of money as well. Possibly soon I will go for legal case against them as well.
