in reference to the comment written by " libel-defamation" first of all I have never seen a business so sorry that they respond by attacking a customer that had a bad experience with them in public on the internet! I don't know any of these folks involved buut the comment written here is obviously by the company plumberssupply.com and to stoop that low to attack a customer instead of working with them to make the product right, tells me all I need to know about this company. The guy never says he is entitled to anything except a part he ordered needs to work, and that is what your company is supposed to do, right? sell parts that work and if not refund the guys money...He is entitled to that much. Second he never said he just opened the part he said it leaked after he installed it because it didnt fit, so it was the wrong part refund his money, that is what a business does. They dont come on a public site and attack him say he blew it and all of that garbage. Anybody that reads this exchange should learn very quickly that this is a company you do NOT want to do business with for any reason. Glad I read this before I ordered my products, what a sorry company
