I am not one to talk bad about any business unless I have been scammed. If I have been scammed then I feel that I should warn others before they lose their money like I lost mine!
I was searching for an exchanger service so that I can xchange my paypal funds to perfect money and landing on their page,
First I searched if they are scam and found some pages on google but on that forumes no one provide any tracking info and I though that would be false.
They claim they’re getting PayPal to PerfectMoney – Min $100 – Max $2000 / Day so till now every thing is normal and I didn’t see any reason to not trust them
After filling information in http://www.auto-xchanger.com/exchange-paypal/paypal-to-perfectmoney
I received an email from them with the following details:

And if you go to this link you will redirected to an unverified paypal account that included “SERVICE FEE” in item description!
That makes them to win any later dispute as paypal have not cover buyer protection for digital stuff!
5 hours after my payment I’ve got an email from paypal with this subject:More details on your shipment

Yes! electronically downloaded as they can win all claims by providing any false digital stuff proof to paypal team!
By this way they ask buyers to wait 2-3 business days and they withdraw funds and if you open a dispute later paypal will not helps you and you loose your money easily!
IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THEM:
If you find this blog after your payment or you’ve been scammed open a dispute but do not tell them that you didn’t get youy xchange because xchange is also illegal in paypal and you may ask paypal item not shipped and they provide nothing not answering blah blah blah and see if you can get your money (as I did today)
