I agree. Their charges are outrageous.
"Service Fee: $4.02"
"Expedited Payment Fee: $2.50"
Never mind the completely ridiculous amounts they charge for trash and "Allocated Energy, " even though I get a separate power bill from PG+E. In the future when I'm apartment hunting I'm asking if they use NWP and if the managers say they are, I'm telling them that I won't live there as a result.
These vultures desperately need to be driven out of business.
