I am having the same issue. They have my laptop that I sent in months ago. First time the screen was broken. When they sent it back to me it was still broken. Now they have it again, I can't get anyone on the phone only a recording saying they filed bankrupt. I want my computer back as well. Gateway is doing nothing to assist me even though it is their computer brand. Needless to say, I never received a notice in the first place saying they sold my warranty to another company. I am seeking legal advice as well.
