On 10-03-08 I personnaly drove a rental car and drop the transmission in his location. He would not sign my Core Refund and did not give me a reciept for the core.
Since then they will not answer my calls. I am still waiting for my refund. My question to the public is why does Arizona allow him to continue doing business? and what can the consumer do, where is the trust?
I went to Phoenix Az. 10-31-08 and their doors are closed as of 10-15-08, they have relocated and change their name . They operating in Ebay under AlpineTransSupply (ATS). I personally am going to question Ebay regarding any affiliation that Ebay has with Frank C. Kuperman. He's trying to run the scam on me, I contacted Capital One and they have credited my account in full.
