We were taken into this scam as well and tried to contact them at the end of our one year window to cancel and get our $699 back. We too got the storage facility in Washington and were never able to retrieve our promised return of our "up front" money. They e-mailed us after our year was up, billing us for another $699 on an old e-mail address that we never use because of computer problems. Today our computer was "re-configured" and the bill popped up...sitting there for 4 months and never seen by us until today. The bill has a new "ammendment" saying we had to contact them in writing in 30 days before our contract was up. That was not in the original agreement. They were to send our money if they did not sell in one year. We also heard the "race track weekend story" when we were first contacted, and after that were never contacted until the year was up and then by the e-mail bill. We feel sooooo stupid for getting caught in this scam and now find we are not alone. Donna, have you had success contacting the Governor' office?
