Last Novemer Icalled FIOS and complained that was being billed an ernormous amount of money for PAYVIEW. I never ever use this serice and asked that they put a block on mt accont. It was never done. Again I called. And nothing was done.
I called again and they told me theyb were sorry and would put a block on mt set and reimburse what i paid.
Again nothing was done. I called again. They apologized again and said they would call me by the end of yhe week. I have yet to hear from anyone.
A Ms.Stamper told me to call if they didn't and gave me a number that was someone's cell phone.
I have all my accounts with you and I feel that I am being treated poorly.
I tried calling again today and I, ve been o hold for 73 minutes.
