SIR,

The power cut in Ghaziabad is causing a lot of problem. I AGREE ROSTING TIME 6 HOURS A DAY. AFTER THIS CUTING LINE MEN IN BRIJ VIHAR, SUB STATION MANY TIME CUT DUE TO WIRE BREAK DOWN NO BODY REPAIR IN NIGHT HE SAYS NO STAFF IN NIGHT DUTY. LATEST EXMPLE ON 9.5.08 POWER CUT AT RAMPRASTHA COLONY, 11.05 PM AND POWER CAME AT 4.30AM AND AGAIN CUT 6.00AM TO 10.30 AM. POWER CAME 10.30 AM AGAIN CUT 11.00 AM TO 2.00 PM. WHEN I ASKED THE SUBSTATION IN SUCH TYPE OF PROBLEM I SURPRISE THAT NO MENTION IN RECORD REGSITER THEN I WROTE A COMPLIANT TO COMPLIANT BOOK.

VOLTAGE IN RAMPRASTHA, CHANDER NAGAR IS VERY LOW.

SIR,
When we go to the electricity office the people talks very badly and there is no person of the officer rank available. These people do not respond at all. HE SAYS OFFICER NOT LOOK IN THIS MATTER.

I AGREE ELECTRICITY PROBLEM IN THE ALL STATE. BUT WHEN ELECTRIC CAME IN REGULAR WHEY HE DO NOT MAINTAIN QUICKLY.

Also they said that there is shortage of electricity from the back and thats why this is a problem but they themselves are siting under fans and tublelights and watching TV nearby.

If there is a shortage then why dont these electricity department people switch on unnecessary light and fans and TV?

A person comes to home after his hectic schedule in office and if he cannot have his dinner or a sleep under light.

Due to unavailability of electricity there is also a shortage of water.

We pay are bills on time and have right to have electricity power.

Is there anybody to listen a normal public?
