I received a letter from Fones 4 All around the end of Feburary stating that they were having financial problems due to this they are going out of business, that I had to find another provider by the 1st of March insured this was nothing to do with my account. So I called SBC to switch over they stated that since it was so close to the first they could not switch due to the phone line would be dead but I could set up new service with a new number. Which now I'm informed that my line has been active since March 4th yet my old number by Fones 4 All was still ring. I got a bill from SBC, but yet don't have there phone service coming into my home. Now my phone has been disco stating past due bill under Fones 4 All which no longer should have been on my line. It states to call Telecommunications a 1-800 number when I did they stated I shouldn't call them transf me to another number they stated they are not Fones 4 All. tried to call the number on my bill want go thru, SBC stated they can fix the issue due the line has to be transferred over to there's and they will charge me now I don't know what to do and I have no phone now because they lied.
