Don't know how things work in this country, if an imp. doc. like passport is released at the whims n fancies of some babus...or if n'thg moves without bribes..it's a sorry state...i have been trying to get passports of my daughters released but it seems impossible...Ghaziabad Passport office is the pits...hope s'one is listening...close it if you can't run it...!
