I too thought I had been scammed. I had ordered 2 times before from this company with no problems. On 1-5-08 I placed an order from them for 95.00. They took the money out of my debit card on 1-7-08.Finally on 2-19-08 I received a refund. On my online bank statement there was a phone number for this company, After numerous calls I finally received a refund. So hang in there. If you used a debit card this is one way of getting your money back.
