Dear Mervyns, I live in Napa, Ca. and shop at the Napa Mervyns Store. The store appearance needs to be looked into. It is not kept up at all. The carpet is dirty, and no one seems to pick up litter all o0ver the floor. There are hispanic women clerks in the womens dep;artment, and i was in a line to be waited on, and 0ne of the clerks walked away from her register to straighten shelves. This was annoying, as she just waited on someone before me. The store is such a mess, even raCKS OF BLOUSES WERe OFF THE WALL laying on the floor. It seems to get worse all the time. Napa only has 2 department stores,Mccaulaughs and mervyns. Mccaulaughs store is very neat and clean. Why is Mervys such a mess? Also Mervyns use to carry a much better quality of womens clothing. I have lived here all my life, and never have I seen a store like this. I beleive it must be Napa Mervyns managment. Most people I know go to the malls to get what they neeed, especially womens dresses., which Mervys seem not to have much of. Please look into this situation. You need to see it to beleive it.
