Countrywide is the worst organization that has ever existed in this god forsaken land of mortgages. Their repersentatives are completely incompetent and their negotiators are essentially non-existant. I have been working on an account for one of my clients for five months now - and still no chance of speaking to anybody, except for these idiotic Texans who know jack squat about a mortgage.
