Daves Albacore is an excellent company with great products and I have have always been treated very well by their employees. This sounds to me like a case of "unreasonable" customer syndrome. This person claims to know that the cans were not dented during shipping, but how could they know that? It is typical for you to have to file a claim with UPS when a product is damaged in shipping and just blaming the retailer and then trashing a good company when things don't go your way is typical of impatient and unreasonable people who don't get exactly what they demand. The funny thing is that this person wants to return canned food because the can is dented... Sure it would be ideal to not have dents or marks on the packaging of the food, but who really cares if the cans are dented. This alone should tell the true story about the person complaining here. I have been to the retail store in Santa Cruz, and have actually met "Dave". He cans every single can of tuna himself and is a really nice guy. The person writing this complaint above is clearly a nimbwit in my opinion.
