I made a booking for a hotel in Hk with Asiarooms 5 days ago for 29 Dec. They cannot confirm it yet won't let me cancel without a fee (obviously they took cc details). i am stuck and cannot book elsewhere or I may have to pay twice. They keep stalling. 5 days and counting. DO NOT USE THEM!
