Sub : Complaint for Tata SafarI (DICOR) MH-15-CD-42
I purchased Tata SafarI (DICOR) from your showroom on 17.7.2008 duly financed through your Tata Finance Ltd.
I am disgusted with the kind of product sold to me and the services responded to on my complaints. Complaints not properly attended recurs again and again and has brought me not only to write this mail, but also to proceed further through media and Consumer Court.
The complaints which your servicing workshop repeatedly failed to attend to satisfactorily were for –
1. Doors keeps giving Noise.
2. Window Glass bushings are not of good quality with poor fittings and hence results in generating Noise.
3. Suspension is of poor quality. Bushes used in suspension are of third grade quality and as a result the vehicle vibrates no sooner it goes on high speed over 110 Km.
4. All the seats are not properly fitted and hence creates noise.
5. Steering fully vibrates even when the vehicle is on slightly rough roads too.
I have stopped paying instalments as well and I would like you to take back the vehicle and return the money paid by me so far. I went for purchasing this vehicle only for brand TATA attached to it.
I hope you will in future correct the deficiencies by proper designing, quality controls and manning proper servicing personnel before the product is delivered/sold to a customer.
As I am not happy with the vehicle at all, I request you to kindly attend to my request and take back the vehicle.
