This company is a complete rip off and scam. I received a bill from them for no reason at all and know that I'm trying to dispute it I can never get anyone on the line ...the phone just rings and rings to no avail or a recording will say "try back durinng normal business hours" when it's like 2:00pm in the afternoon. My question is ...When are the business hours? especially for PST...I'm in california. I don't want this bill to affect my credit and will not be paying this bill. If i continue to get harrassed about a bill I will be going to court.
