PLEASE READ THIS: I could not agree more. PRIMA SEAL IS VERY VERY BAD. I RECOMMEND STAYING FAR AWAY FROM THEM. They called and called and asked for my business. There were very fast to come out and make an offer. The salesperson seemed honest (although owner Brad says he "can't control what the salespeople say when he is not there.") I was given a demonstration about how great the door and screen were and how there was a lifetime guarantee on the whole thing, but I would never need it because there products are so great. Well 2 days after being installed, the screen became detached from the screen door and the lock on the wood door fell apart. I call 5 times and e-mailed 6 times. No response to e-mails, and for each phone call I got a different excuse, like Brad is on vacation, etc. I finally got Brad on the phone and he was rude and abrupt and said I must have broken the door myself and that the waranty was not for that. He then hung up on me. You would be better off installing your own door with a hammer and nails than doing business with these people. He said I am the only person that ever complained but obviously I am one of many. Read up on how many complaints they have had filed against hem with the Better Business Bureau. I wish I did before I ever talked to them.
