Mrs. Camacho- I know of an excellent Equine Attorney in NYC who will assist you. He specializes in cases such as yours regarding false advertising and is very good at it. He is licensed to practice Equine Law in other states.

Email me if you would like to get his name and number.

To JC aka Jen Connelly probably- like everyone in NYS and out of State who have written complaints on the internet against Family Equine Robert & Lorraine Aichele dating back to 2001 have met with each other, are ALL in cahoots and have a personal vendetta against an "honest and legitimate business". Now that makes sense. I suppose the people who sued them in court during different time periods were all in cahoots too?

JC: If this many complaints against a business doesn't bother you and you just stumbled on here by accident, contact them and buy a horse. Simple as that. And they do deliver. Then you can write a stellar recommendation and referal letter on their behalf. They have been in business for over 10 years and have no reference letters - well maybe 5 or 6. Why? Because they never kept records let alone can remember any of their customers names.
How impressive!

This takes the cake on what liars and con artists Robert & Lorraine Aichele are. They have stooped to a new level. Robert and Lorraine Aichele operate a Not for Profit Organization named Patchwork Therapeutic Riding Center. They state they give riding lessons and have summer camp for the disabled. They also ask for donations. As of today, June 13, 2008 their website www.patchworkridingcenter.org states:

"Currently kids from Lansing Residential Center, Learning Web and Advocacy Center in Ithaca enjoy working with Bob Aichele, who has a special gifts with these kids. "

ALL it took was ONE phone call to all 3 of these organizations. Surprise, surprise, ... the Aicheles are not affiliated with ANY of these organizations at all. Matter of fact, the Adminstrators and Executive Director, got a GOOD look at their website as we spoke. Thank goodness for the power of the internet and the telephone. The Administrators and Executive Director were also directed to YouTube where they saw first hand all of the hate, rage, anger, and discriminatory and demeaning remarks the Aicheles have posted. Now this was a concern to the people I spoke with since the Aicheles work with mentally disabled and troubled children for the State of NY- so they say.

They will do ANYTHING to make money and make themselves look good- even if that means LYING that they work with certain organizations when they DON'T. Is their self esteem that LOW?

Now I suppose they are going to cry that they have been harrassed and victimized, and that the content of their web advertisement on www.patchworkridingcenter.org mysteriously wrote itself, as well as their comments on their YouTube videos.

Because yet again, they posted False, Misleading, and Deceptive Advertising, NYS Penal Code Article S 190.20 on their NFP Organization- they could be shut down.

But its OK for Robert and Lorraine Aichele to CON people into donating money & items to Patchwork Therapeutic Riding Center and falsely advertise that they are affiliated with certain childrens organizations when in fact they aren't? Which was PROVEN by ONE PHONE call to each of these organizations? I went to the TOP and spoke with those in charge MYSELF.
Why don't you get off your ###in' ### and make a difference in the world and help and stick up for the vulnerable people in this world instead of sticking up for Lie -assing cons. YOU must be one yourself.

And your parents let you speak to ADULTS like you did in your first email? Calling adults [censored]es, idiots, disgusting, and using the F' word? The Aicheles must be your role model. You're damn right I would put a kid in his place if he/she spoke to me that way. If you were my kid and spoke to adults like that you would be grounded for life.
Lorraine and Robert Aichele have falsely advertised on their Not for Profit Organization Patchwork Therapeutic Riding Center website www.patchworkridingcenter.org that they are AFFILIATED with THREE childrens organizations
when they ARE NOT.
All it took was ONE PHONE CALL to:
The Lansing Residential Center
Learning Web
Advocacy Center
The Committee for the Special Olympics was contacted YESTERDAY and we are awaiting a response. The Attorney General is getting a formal complaint to look into this Not For Profit Organization lying to receive donations in the name of the mentally handicapped and disabled.

BTW -This is NOT a chat room. Don't waste our time kid. Obviously I have more brains than most adults do, because I exposed the Aicheles for who they really are- LIARS and CON ARTISTS in both their horse business and Not for Profit Scam. And I am NOT wrong, the Aicheles lied as to which childrens agencies they are involved with. I wish I WAS wrong, but the persons I spoke with said I was right, looked at their NFP website while we were on the phone, as well as their YouTube video comment postings. How pathetic.
Whats really sad is that the Aicheles are using a 16 year old kid to fight on their behalf. Whats next? A 5 year old?

AGAIN: Robert & Lorraine Aichele owners of Patchwork Therapeutic Riding Center have falsely advertised that they are affiliated with the following children's agencies:
1.The Lansing Residential Center
2.Learning Web
3. Advocacy Center
Next time I ll post the names of the Executive Director and 2 Adminstrators I spoke with there.

HEARD ENOUGH:
EXCUSE ME- Go to the Patchwork Website @
www.patchworkridingcenter.org
and click on ABOUT US on the left side of the website.
There you can READ where Robert & Lorraine Aichele are falsely advertising they are affiliated with:
1.The Lansing Residential Center
2.Learning Web
3. Advocacy Center

NONE of the 3 Organizations the Aicheles have advertised SEND THEIR CHILDREN TO PATCHWORK to RIDE there. The Aicheles placed LIES on their website to make it appear to the general public that they are involved with these 3 Organizations when in fact, they are NOT. They have already proven what liars and cons they are in their horse business and now
The are LYING in the name of the disabled.
Heard Enough, why don't YOU call the top brass at those 3 Organizations yourself before posting your comment? You may learn something.
We have contacted the Special Olympics, as well and are awaiting a response from the persons in charge of Central NY.
HEARD ENOUGH- if you think I am a horrible person and am attacking the disabled because I have uncovered a FRAUD- you have the same victim mentality mindset the Aicheles have. Who cares what you think? I CARE about the persons who have been bamboozled by Robert and Lorraine Aichele who have proven over and over that they are nothing more than liars all in the name of the ALMIGHTY DOLLAR.

The persons I spoke with at those 3 centers took a GOOD LOOK at their website as well as comments they have posted on YouTube against customers who bought horses from them and complained. They were appauled and agreed that people who write ans post demeaning, hateful, and discriminating remarks on the internet such as that should NOT be working with the mentally disabled- let alone children.

If you don't like my language- thats YOUR problem, not mine.

Volunteer: And your name Is? And how old are you?
Honey, you just don't get IT! 99% of the complaints on here are about Robert & Lorraine Aicheles business Family Equine. Take the time to READ them. There are also other Complaint Boards on the internet besides this one who have complained about their downright dishonesty selling horses.
As far as Patchwork Riding Center, again, they have lied on that website as to the organizations they say they are affiliated with. No one has posted a SEPARATE complaint against Patchwork Riding Center on here. I COULD with the information I was given by the 3 Organizations that I called, the persons in charge with who I spoke with, and the Special Olympics person who emailed me earlier. The Aicheles lied and they are a NFP Organization and should know better. I even found a list on the internet where the Aicheles state their riding center is accredited by the NAHRA. They aren't. Quite frankly, I m not interested in running Patchwork into the ground and someone else has the information I aquired and has taken over. Whether HE follows through- who knows? The Aicheles are their own worst enemy. As a business, they take it personal when a customer complains. And as a business, it is HIGHLY unprofessional to post demeaning and discriminating remarks on YouTube referring to former customers as mentally ill, crazy, delusional, etc. People look at that stuff the post. They both need to grow up.
I have NO idea why the Aicheles feel they need to lie to sell horses or run a disabled riding center. Sooner or later, lying and taking advantage of customers will catch up.
Of course the children are happy riding the horses there and they should be. But, they are mentally disabled and handicapped and their rights need to be protected. From what I was told, and this is hearsay, Patchwork Riding Center was Lorraines dream. Hopefully, she won't let others ruin that dream- no matter how close they are to her.
I m done here.
