I've taken a Whirlpool Microwave in Oct 2005. After the warranty period I had done AMC as persuaded by the company representative. Since then I had problem twice and the 1st complain took 2 months to get rectified... the service staff says "there is shortage of spares". Now again it is out of order and complain has been made, but again there is no spare...
