Fifth third LOST $1600.00 from my account and charged me hundreds worth of fees for their mistake. I took three months of arguing till they "FOUND" out where they deposited the money by mistake. this mistake messed up my business my credit and my finances for YEARS. They never refunded the fees and passed a phony debt to a third party of thieves know as Great Seneca Financial. I have been arguing over this for 8 years now. I have a lien on my home and a default judgment against me in Ohio(I live in Florida). This bank should be closed and the people who run it jailed for life with the worst criminals we have. This isn't a bank it's a thieves guild.
Fifth third can't even keep your account correctly. Basic addition and subtraction seem to be beyond them. They have no method of correcting THEIR mistakes and assume the customer is always wrong. They have PAID employees to go to complaint sites like this and take their side. Anyone who defends this bank is suspect.
Never ever bank with Fee Third Bank and Fraud company! If you have a mortgage or car loan, Refinance with another lender. If you have an account close it. If someone tries to pay you with a Fifth Third check don't accept it. "This can easily be resolved.".. yeah, right. if you believe this I have some Enron stock I can sell you cheap. I would rather get a loan from Al Capone. They will Fee Fee Fee you until they take every penny they can and then charge 2/3rd's more in fees! They have an awful reputation in Cincinnati.
Thank GOD they are going under. What a nasty dishonest bunch of criminals. Nice to see people lined up to close accounts.
