06/05/2013 almost year after inderjeet brar comment, Still same problem is there in sunny enclave almost every area of suny enclave.
I don't know why anyone is not taking attention of this area. No proper management, No proper response from Bajwa Developers.
There are many apartments one of them is PARADISE APARTMENTS in which there is no Electricity at all.
After complaining at least 10 times to Bajwa there is no action uptill now.
If any one thinking of purchasing Flat or plot in sunny enclave then please be aware of these facts.
No proper security is provided everyday there are incidents of theft reported, But no action no attention is being paid.
Very Poor Management Very poor infrastructure provided.
