Yo man, that is like so not true (sorry to burst your bubble). They do have a number that you can call to complain about leakage and they will issue you a reimbursement for the amount of the product. ex. a battery leaked in your $400 tool- they will send you out a $400 check plus a free coupon for the pack of batteries that you purchased. So like don't complain and get all hissy on me man... here's the damn number... [protected]. I think that is the number off the top of my head. If not then the number is 100% defenitely on the back of the Duracell package.
