We were also booked on a 90 day multi-city tour with my band called Gods and Aliens. Mr Spiggle had arranged for us to play xxx number of shows in xxx number of cities. for a deposit, he was guaranteeing us that these venues would actually pay us. Uh...well, these places he booked were so lame we ended up paying to play in cities we knew nothing about and spent so much money on hotels and gasoline we ended up losing approx 1500 dollars out of the deal.
So where did Mr Spiggle go with our money? I mean if he thought we would let this go he is dead wrong. We have a case open with him in Civil court as well, and will probably never see our money we spent assuming that the venues he booked us at were actual bars and not ###-holes. We also had one of the bar owners tell us that Mr Spiggle told him we were a country band, just to fill our schedule, and we were not welcomed too kindly when we started playin heavy metal for the cowboys :(
