I went to a parking garage to pick up dinner and was unable to use the the code to get free parking for two (2) hours. I had phone/internet/cellular service; however, the server for the PayByPhone was not working. When I returned to my car, there was a parking ticket on it. I immediate went to the parking attended and showed him that the app was not working. We closed the app and reopened it and it still did not work. I showed him the screen shots from when I first arrived and tried the code to provide that it was not working then either. He stated that there was issues with the server. He stated I could only "appeal" the ticket through the web site and give it this same information. The web site denied by appeal. I called 1.844.999.7275 and the women stated to send an email to [protected]@professionalparkingmgt.com to again appeal the ticket. I have sent two (2) emails and still have not received a response from the company. There were several cars with tickets on them. This also confirms that the server was down. Desired outcome: Accept my appeal and cancel this ticket/notice.
