Plt confirmed receipt of one item (the lower value one) but there's complete radio silence on the second. When attempting to escalate via their official channels, I'm met with automated responses claiming my valid order number is invalid. This looks like a blatant attempt to avoid refunding my money. I expect immediate resolution."
