PrettyLittleThing review: Gift Card
I purchased a gift card Order no ~125-3386779-5616737 but when I created my account my computer autofilled the email address with an invalid email account. I did ask at the time and the person who replied was not very helpful. Told me they could not change the email address and that I should follow the link to access the card. I never got the link because the email address is invalid! I bought this as a Xmas gift and I have now just paid the person the £50. It has been so embarrassing. I have tried to contact several more times via FB but I get no response.
Claimed loss: £50
Desired outcome: Either a refund or re-issue of gift card to correct email address.
