Purchased a Massimo 550 in May, 2022. Was told a new seat, and light covers would be ordered, because there were leaks in the covers, and rip in seat. No one contacted. Got no where when I phoned. Stopped in, they said yup, we will order... NOTHING. It's now, October 27, my ATV will NOT start. Battery? Connectivity issue? I don't know. So I call, to be told service is onl9,000y good for 30 days! WTF kind of way is THAT, to service YOUR customers? We were telling EVERYONE we knew, about PSI. We thought y'all were great during the sale. NOW? EVERYWHERE I can, I will post this exact Message.
