Postnet Dundee review: Poor service and attitude from staff

I went in to Dundee branch Postnet to enquire about labels for my kids stationary after I was referred by someone in a different province. Staff did agree they do make the labels but are unsure of the price. They promised to whatsapp us once they get the price. This occurred just before 09:00 am, just after 14:00 I sent my kids in to get a response since no whatsapp had been received. Same response was given as before. At around 15:10 I personally went in as no whatsapp was still received to ask exactly how long will it take to get a price as this Is needed asap. Staff had attitude and told me to wait for the whatsapp message or I can leave and get it done elsewhere. When I proceeded to walk out she starts discussing me with another customer. Attitude of the staff member was appalling.
