Postmates/Uber review: Payments/uber cash

I’ve tried using my credit card to pay for purchases and I’ve not been able to as their technical team haven’t been able to solve the issue.. they suggested another form of payment.. I then set up PayPal to use a payment, and still it wouldn’t allow me to make purchases.. I then used the same credit card to purchase an Uber Cash and that purchase was successfully done and was able to obtain Uber cash … I went to make a purchase using the Uber Cash and I’m not able to use it as a form of payment same as my credit card, same as my PayPal.. I contact customer service many times first to make Uber cash work.. waited several days for response. I’ve not been able to use Uber cash as payment so I requested refunded because I’m not able to get services using their form of payment either…they’ve stolen my money and refuse refunding it. I can’t use their Uber cash for products or services because their system is not allowing me..
