Post Acute Recovery Center review: Outpatient observation

Early fall, 2022 I was taken by ambulance to Kaiser Hospital in the East Bay, San Francisco area for compression fractures of T4 and T5 due to advanced osteoporosis. After brief hospitalization I was transferred to Greenridge Outpatient Observation in El Sobrante where I became the recipient of ridicule, unprofessional and unknowledgeable PT, physical manhandling by male PT, lack of UpToDate ostomy supplies of which their marketable brochure claims as skilled and high quality. I kept fecal matter from my bed and my body while I attempted to improvise an ostomy pouch with a rubber glove... I left at 4 PM Wed 9/14, with physician permission. I waited 3 days for discharge papers... 7 employees chased me 6 blocks down a hill keeping Uber from picking me up. The horror of this experience will stay with me the rest of my life. The young females who chased me videotaping me stating laughingly it was going on UTube. So many other unconscionable events. An experience whereas I have lost 30+ lbs. I turned 79 in August.
