Ponderosa Park in Hudson Florida is a racist, prejudice mobile home park. My friend Danielle, tried to buy a house there and they would not approve her because she was black. The office told her, "why do you want to be the only black person here?" In this day and age, this is unbelievable that a bunch of old, trump voting republicans in this park are able to do this. The park is all white! No black, no Hispanics. This would be a convenient spot for housing for lower income people that live in that area. I recommend the disbanding of the Civic Association that runs the park and open it up to all people, regardless of their color, race, religion. Don't buy or rent a house there unless you are a old white republican from Michigan or Ohio. The civic association needs to be taken to court and make them bankrupt.
Desired outcome: Shut it down, disband the civic association.
The housing prices for these mobile homes are 3 times the price. These are all old mobile homes worth an average of 50-60,000, that's it!
This post is a total fabrication. There are no limits on who can buy a property in this community, except that it is a 55+ Senior community. We are not a part of the office staff or on the board, but I know for a fact there are Hispanics in the community as well as other races. The lady across the street from my property is a black woman as well. You have posted this after hearing from a third party with a story without any facts. What are the names of the person denied? Who did they talk to? Give me information to verify your flimsy story and I will personally address it to the board at their meeting next week...
